Report Absence

 Late Arrival:

Parents/guardians of students who arrive late to either Friendship Valley Elementary or the PRIDE program, should accompany their child(ren) into the office of Friendship Valley Elementary to sign in their child(ren).   Students will be given a late pass to enter their classrooms either in Friendship Valley Elementary or, in the PRIDE program. 

 

Reporting an Absence or, Change in Dismissal
Please contact the office by 8 a.m. to report your child's absence for the day.  You may report absences by sending a message to: fveattendance@carrollk12.org.

​Please contact the office by 12:00 p.m. (9:30 on Early Dismissal Days) to change your child's dismissal plan for the day.  You may report the change by sending a message to: fveattendance@carrollk12.org.

 

 Students will ride their regular bus or be dismissed as they are daily UNLESS we have a written change of dismissal note or email from the parent or guardian.
